(1) The council may give necessary instructions to the sports related organizations from time to time regarding the development of sports and it will be the duty of the related sports related organizations to comply with such instructions.

(2) Sports related organizations that do not comply with the instructions given by the council in accordance with sub-section (1) or sports organizations that do not keep their income and expenditure accounts in accordance with the format prescribed by the council in accordance with section 17 or that embezzle money, the council may remove the name of the sports related organization from its records.

< (3) According to sub-section (2), if the council removes the name of any sports-related organization from its list, it shall give the notification to the related sports-related organization.
